The process begins with a briefing meeting where we listen to your company's needs (product display, meeting areas, brand identity). Then, our architectural team prepares 3D photorealistic designs that accurately reflect the exhibition space. Because we work on a project basis, we generally do not charge an extra design fee during the preliminary design phase for projects that we will be producing ourselves.

Our projects are generally based on a "rental" model. The stand is custom-designed and manufactured for you, made available for your use throughout the fair, and dismantled and collected by our teams at the end of the fair. However, if your company wishes to use the same stand at more than one fair within the year, we determine the production and storage conditions specifically in a contract at the beginning of the project.
