Frequently Asked Questions (MAKTEK and Heavy Industry Stands)
1. What type of stand is suitable for companies like Dirinler, which have heavy machinery, at the MAKTEK fair? Custom-designed wooden stands with reinforced floors should definitely be preferred. These stands both support the weight and reflect the prestige of the brand. If a more flexible and technological look is desired, hybrid (Wood + Maxima) systems can also be implemented.
2. How long does the stand setup process take? The setup of heavy industry stands takes longer than usual because it progresses along with the placement of the machinery. We typically arrive on site 7-10 days before the fair opens and complete the assembly in sync with the machine placement.
3. How do you integrate the high-voltage and air conditioning systems required for the machines to operate into the stand? We construct special cable and pipe channels beneath the floor platform. This ensures that all wiring remains hidden while providing the machines with the safest possible access to the required power.
4. Can heavy items or a large number of guests be accommodated on the upper floor of the stand? If the project is designed as a two-story structure, we install steel frame infrastructures that offer a load-bearing capacity of up to 500 kg per square meter. This allows us to create secure lounge areas on the upper floors.
5. Do you provide technical service during the fair? Yes. Our technical team stationed at our booth throughout the fair provides immediate support for lighting, electrical infrastructure, and any other needs throughout the booth.
When should we start the design process for the 6th MAKTEK fair? To ensure detailed engineering and structural calculations are completed, starting the planning process at least 3-4 months before the fair date will yield the most efficient results.
