Live Cooking and Chef's Stage: Professional kitchen islands where industrial ovens, hood ventilation systems, water and drainage systems are seamlessly integrated into the exhibition floor, allowing renowned chefs to perform cooking shows.
HoReCa Premium Product Display: Metro's premium meat, seafood, and fresh food display cabinets (refrigerated units), offered to professional chefs, are integrated into the stand's wooden frame and displayed with the right lighting.
Hygienic and Durable Material Selection: Food preparation areas feature easy-to-clean, liquid-resistant, antibacterial countertop surfaces and premium, stain-resistant lacquer paint applications.
Sampling and B2B Hospitality Lounge: Comfortable, semi-open VIP B2B areas where restaurant owners and hotel purchasing managers can both sample dishes prepared by chefs and finalize wholesale purchasing agreements.
