Doreplat İFM Modular Rental Stand Design

In the dynamic atmosphere of the Istanbul Fair Center (İFM), we have created a project that combines aesthetics and functionality to reflect the vision of the Doreplat brand. This project is the most concrete example of how rental modular stand systems, which are increasingly preferred in the exhibition sector, can be transformed into a prestigious brand space with the right engineering and creative design.

Rental Modular System: Where Flexibility and Speed Meet

Operational speed and budget management are critical in trade fair participation processes. The modular system we chose for the Doreplat project offers time advantages in installation and dismantling, as well as demonstrating an environmentally friendly and sustainable approach. However, our difference at BayZ Design is that we transformed the modular material from a "standard" mold into a customized architectural language that aligns with the brand's corporate identity. Developed to accommodate Istanbul's busy trade fair schedule, this system provided Doreplat with both cost advantages and a commitment to uncompromising design quality.

Innovative Product Display: Swivel Mechanism Bed Units

At the center and most prominent point of the stand are four product display stands specifically developed for Doreplat's main product group: mattresses. In the mattress industry, being able to examine the product from every angle and allowing the customer to see the texture and form details is vital for sales success.

Designed to meet this need, our rotating mechanism units go beyond static display, adding movement and dynamism to the stand. Presenting the products on 360-degree rotating platforms maximizes visitor interaction with the products as they move around the stand. Each unit is assembled with technical precision to work seamlessly within the modular structure.

Architectural Difference at Istanbul Exhibition Center

In large-scale venues like the Istanbul Fair, not only size but also the harmony of lighting and materials is crucial for brands to be noticed. The high-quality modular panels we used at the Doreplat stand blended seamlessly with the brand's color palette, offering a clean and professional look. Our lighting strategy was designed to highlight the form of the beds, focusing particularly on products on rotating platforms.
